This image was taken in Spring of 2006, the sun was setting and I thought that the way the light shined through the flower petals was the perfect moment to capture the essence of what Spring means to me. This image is a reminder of Spring, a time of renewal and a fresh start.   No matter what has happened or what will happen, this image reminds me that there will always be a new day, a new beginning, and a chance to start over.
